Terms & Conditions AT&T Yahoo! High Speed Internet: Residential AT&T Yahoo! High Speed Internet customers only. Purchase of local service from the applicable AT&T incumbent local exchange carrier required. This is a limited-time offer and is only available for AT&T Yahoo! High Speed Internet. Static IP products not included. $150-$200 additional charge will apply if technician install is required or desired. Charge for modem ($49.99) or Wireless Gateway ($79.99) will appear on the first bill. $49.99 equipment rebate available for new and speed upgrade customers. Equipment rebate postcard, with rebate terms and conditions, will be included with equipment if self-installed or by mail, if technician installs. Rebate check will be mailed to the customer's billing address within 10-12 weeks of receipt of the rebate postcard. We are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or postage-due mail or mail damaged by the U.S. Post Office. Rebate is offered by AT&T Internet Services and cannot be applied to your AT&T local exchange carrier bill. Some customers may need to purchase additional equipment (i.e. Ethernet card and/or cables). Billing begins on the date service is provisioned by AT&T, even if customer has not yet registered. You'll be charged for a local call every time you retrieve a message or otherwise access your mailbox using your local telephone number. You'll also be charged for a local call every time a caller leaves or attempts to leave you a message. For customers on calling plans, such calls will be counted against your monthly allowance. If you access your mailbox from outside your local calling area, you will incur applicable local toll or long distance charges. Calls forwarded to your mailbox from your Cingular Wireless telephone will not incur airtime charges. However, airtime charges will apply when using your Cingular Wireless handset to retrieve messages. Former customers of AT&T Wireless who haven't switched to the Cingular GSM network and Cingular pre-paid customers cannot yet add their wireless voice mail to AT&T Unified Messaging service.
